OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE:
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Rae Beauty & Bridal. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for.
***STREET PARKING: Please allow a few extra minutes to find street parking prior to your appointment. We appreciate you respecting our time and other clients’ appointment slots.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our service providers, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. This included sickness
This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in 50% of the cost of services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation. This includes cancelling a part of your scheduled service. If you need to remove a part of the service you are currently booked for, you must notify us at least 24 hours or you will be charged 50% of the service you are wanting to remove. Please note you are reserving a specific timeframe for each visit according to services you booked. No exceptions.
Under no circumstances can you give your appointment to someone else.
In order to respect the time of our artists, if an appointment is no-showed, you will be subject to a no show fee charge of 100% of the total amount due for services, and possibly serviced on a walk-in only basis.
Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.

Your request will be scheduled based on Artist availability. A credit card is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.
